  Every time I call no one can help me. It takes MONTHS for anything to be figured out. No one calls back or provides any information. As a result I've been double charged, charged for a vehicle that should have been taken off months ago and not insured on the vehicle I'm actually using.

  The reason why I am leaving this insurance company. It is because of their poor poor customers service . Every time I call my broker. He never answer the phone . I left him voice message he never answer at all. I also called and complained about my broker. But no one cares. Then I called their call centre so they let my broker knows that I need to talk to him about my policy coverage. They said he will call u sometime today and we will tell him to call you. But never called. I have just talked to my broker just once on the first time couple years ago when I first took the insurance. I called for my renewal package to be mailed to my address every almost end of the year. But they never sent it with out me calking them. So please everyone. Be very careful with Pickering Agency. Their might be great people out there as well. But the one I am dealing with is just pain in the butt.

  I have worked with this agency for about 5 years now, and I find that their reps are very attentive, and I have always received a quick response. I had a windshield claim after a stone put a golf ball sized crack in the glass, and they were flexible with me taking it to the dealership for them to repair it, as the car was less than a year old and felt more comfortable taking it there, as opposed to the Speedy Glass they initially recommended. They also have small touches which I find are helpful. Towards winter, or heavy rains, they send out an email blast about things you can do to protect your home, or safe driving tips. Flexible payment options via monthly credit car also helps, as I can collect points. I would absolutely recommend Allstate, and this agency.
