  I don't particularly like going to the dentist. Debbie (Dental Hygienist) understood my feelings of anxiety and managed to calm me down enough to the point where those feelings left me and I was able to fully enjoy my cleaning. Very welcoming staff and very please with their level of service

  If I can rate this office I will rate it a 0 out of 10. Very unprofessional people working their. Today I had a cleaning and filling for my daughter when I got to the office the secretary said u can do the cleaning but not the filling since the dentist has gone but I was not happy I said I came all the way from Scarborough someone should have called me to say the appointment was cancelled the front desk was very rude they didn't even apologize instead the lady was yelling at me and said do u want the cleaning or should I cancel that too. I asked for the owner and she said no owner here they don't live in Canada and on top of that I said ask another dentist to do the filing because my child is in pain she said no and I don't have anything till next week now I am taking all my files somewhere else don't go here they r not professional at all.
