  The wait time is horrible. I only go there because my complete file history from childhood was transferred to them from Zellers pharmacy if I had been informed my file was being transferred I would have chosen a closer pharmacy to my house.

  I've been going here for five years, stubbornly because it's close to my house, but I finally made the switch because this specific pharmacy is such an absolute disaster. IF they don't lose your prescription (which happens very often there), not only do they take a ridiculously long time while telling you "20 minutes" again and again (you'll be there for at least 40, trust me), they're also extremely rude. Five years, once every month or two at this pharmacy, and every single time I went there was someone being condescending, or ignoring me for an offensively long time while I stood at the counter, or just taking their sweet time doing every little thing while I waited and waited and waited. I would say about 90% of the time I was also made to wait about double the "twenty minutes" I was told, or more. Most recently I was waiting for over an hour with a crowd of people all getting increasingly angry over long wait times and terrible customer relations- that's when I decided a farther journey would be worth it just to get to a competent pharmacy.

  Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Pharmacist has called us many times to let us know how a new drug might react with other meds. Wait times usually 20 mins depending how busy they r. Normally will tell us if going to be long
