Massage offered is not that fully relaxing, seems like you are just being gently caressed and kinda lacks the needed pressure even if you asked for it. RMTs just focus on certain areas even if you asked for a whole body massage. Even the ordered orthotics took almost 2 months to arrive. The therapist used short quick strokes and seemed rushed to get the entire body done as opposed to taking time to focus on the problem area I identified.
